SmartMount and Secure offers professional installation and handyman services tailored to first-time home buyers and renters, including but not limited to:

  • Smart home device installation

  • General handyman services


3. Booking and Appointments

  • All bookings must be made through our online system, phone, or email.

  • Appointment confirmations are sent via email.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.


4. Pricing and Taxes

  • All prices listed on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • A sales tax of 8.25% will be added to the total service cost in compliance with Dallas, Texas tax regulations.

  • Prices may vary based on wall type, bracket type, add-ons, or special installation requirements.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate information when booking.


5. Payments

  • Payments are required at the time of booking or upon completion of service, depending on the service selected.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods as listed on our site.

  • SmartMount and Secure does not store cardholder data; payments are processed by third-party providers.


6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Refunds (when applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the installation area is safe, accessible, and ready before the technician arrives.

  • Provide accurate details about wall type, TV size, and mounting bracket if applicable.

  • Be present during installation or assign an authorized representative.


8. Liability and Warranty

  • SmartMount and Secure is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g., faulty wiring, unstable walls).

  • Services come with a 30-day workmanship warranty.

  • Manufacturer warranties on products (if applicable) are the responsibility of the manufacturer.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on SmartMountAndSecure.com, including text, logos, graphics, and images, is the property of SmartMount and Secure and may not be reproduced without written consent.


10. Limitation of Liability

SmartMount and Secure shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
